Budget
My budget for the production of the advert will be about £1500 as I have the cost of equipment and programmes.
Equipment= The equipment will be £25 per hour which will be 11 hours= 275
Programmes= Per 2 weeks £10 = £35 for all 7 weeks

Promotion
I have set my self a budget of £600 which will cover the cost to promote the documentary for 2 weeks on TV also will pay you tube £250 for 2 weeks. I will be promoting on social media which will be free.
Risk Assessment
The shots I will most likely to include in my trailer is footage that comes from my documentary But in shorter sequences. I will include most camera angles for example high and low with panning for movement or tilt. The shots I will use are mostly wide angle as it covers the shot of the hall and medium long shot this helps the viewer see the whole body of the person performing the art form.
